開花丼 (Kaikadon)
“開花丼”の「開花」は、卵がとろりと“開く”ように具材を包み込む様子を表すとともに、縁起の良い“開花”の意味も持ちます。また、明治時代に新たに日本に入ってきた豚肉を使ったことから、**「文明開化」**の精神も込められた、歴史と味わい深い一品です。
